Job Summary:

Develop and manage new programs with key customers while assisting with the development and implementation of production, quality and other related documentation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage new programs with key customers.
  • Assist Quality and Manufacturing to validate processes as required by customers.
  • Assist with development and implementation of production, quality and other related documentation.
  • Work with the Senior Management Team to develop and implement the Sales and Marketing Plan.
  • Through market research communicate to the Senior Management Team the sales impact resulting from the potential addition of any new process or capability.

Competencies:

  • Understanding of product and process requirements, needs, and limitations.
  • Understanding of project funding and monitor spending against budget through completion of the project.
  • Maintain a close relationship with Engineering group, Production Manager, Supervisors, Lead Workers, and Quality Personnel to analyze, understand, and resolve manufacturing issues.
  • Basic knowledge of Project Management.
  • Mechanical aptitude.
  • An ability to effectively communicate (both written and verbal) to all levels of the organization and to customers.

Education/Experience/Training:

  • Four (4) year college degree in an engineering field.
  • Manufacturing engineering and one (1) year plastics processing experience preferred.
  • Experience in plastics processing environment, with specific understanding of tooling and materials.
  • Experience with standard manufacturing documentation (routers, BOMs, ISO standards, drawings, etc.).

Job Summary:

The Preventative Maintenance Technician position is responsible for performing diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and preventative maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the division’s business goals and objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Basic maintenance of production equipment and facilities as needed.

Purpose:

High Performance Medical Solutions is a leading manufacturer of custom medical tubing and devices. The Engineering Intern role will be responsible for supporting lead Process Engineers involved in tool design, extrusion process development, and subsequent operations of such tubing and devices. The ideal candidate will have a flexible schedule and ability to adjust priorities and objectives on a day-to-day basis.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop improved methods and tooling for new and existing products/processes.
  • Assist with the manufacture of product according to customer specifications.
  • Support the conversion of small-scale processes into large-scale operations.
  • Assist in tooling design and other design work as needed.

Purpose:

The Cost Accountant position functions as a business support person to the plant and ERP, Operations and Financial Management team. The position assists in effectively managing and controlling the local business and is responsible for plant level costs and control including general accounting, cost accounting, bill of material audits, inventory reconciliations, and cost analysis. The position supports month-end close and special projects as requested and works closely with manufacturing to understand issues and how they impact the financial results as well as educate/inform department(s) on cost variances. Finally, the position also acts as liaison with corporate financial staff, as required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform weekly/periodic physical inventory reconciliations. Research variances and discrepancies as needed. Broadcast results. Recommend improvements to the process to reduce un-accounted for inventory.
  • Collaborate with ERP Team to ensure Bills of Materials (BOM) are accurate and up to date. Review and audit BOM’s to ensure they reflect the latest manufacturing practices.
  • Analyze actual labor, material, and overhead cost against Standard/Budget. Research and explain variances. Report this information monthly or as needed.
  • Prepare analysis of fixed spending by department. Show actual vs. budget and identify and explain variances.
  • Work with the finance department to implement and apply cost accounting policies and procedures.
  • Support plant controller’s efforts for implementing and maintaining internal controls at the plant for operations, sales and finance.
  • Aide in the development of new labor and overhead rates, budget, and forecasts.
  • Perform ad hoc product/plant cost analysis to support the operations.
  • Perform ad hoc projects for Controller, Accounting and Payroll Team such as corporate reporting and month-end closing activities.

  • Experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
