Currently there is a high demand for guided wave optical multiple optical signals at base stations and relay stations. Hitachi Cable has successfully developed and mass-produced one of the world's most efficient products in this field. We have also developed a thermal type guided wave optic multi / demultiplexers, eliminating the need to control temperature during operation and contributing to the diffusion of metro-specific networks. Guided wave variable optical attenuators, which control the fluctuation of optical signals, have also been developed. |
