Water Jet Cutting

With specialized software and 3-D machining heads, highly complex shapes can be quickly produced and reproduced.
Another important benefit of our water jet system is the ability to cut material without interfering with its inherent structure, since there is no heat-affected zone. This minimizes the effects of heat and allows the materials to be cut without harming or changing their intrinsic properties.
The table configuration allows uncut parts to be nested closely together, which can save dramatically on productions costs by reducing the amount of scrap material that is produced.
Waterjet cutting is perhaps one of the most versatile and widely used tools at HPMS.
